South Sudan’s Ministry of Justice launched an electronic business-registration system in May 2023. Radio Tamazuj reported that businesses could apply for registration and renewals online, with an electronic payment process.
The report identifies Crawford as the system developer. Registration decisions remain the responsibility of the ministry.

Start with the government service’s current application instructions. Check the legal name of the business, the service requested and the reference before paying. Keep the transaction confirmation with the application: a completed payment and an approved registration are separate steps.
