Helping customers complete the right payment

South Sudan’s government eServices payment guidance includes authorised Capital Pay agents among its payment options. The choices available for a particular service should be checked against the official invoice and the issuing institution’s current instructions.

An agent’s role starts with getting the details right: the customer’s reference, the service, the currency and the total due. A clear receipt helps the customer follow up and helps the agent identify the transaction later.

Existing agent access

Use your assigned account to access the CapitalPay application. Its sign-in screen provides separate agent and administrator routes. Keep account credentials private and use the route appropriate to your role.

Interested in becoming an agent?

Prepare your business name, location, contact details and the services you would like to support. An enquiry starts a discussion; appointment, account access and operating terms require a separate agreement.

Before accepting customer payments, confirm your authorisation, applicable charges, receipt process and the contact responsible for resolving payment problems. Do not advertise an appointment or commission rate before it has been agreed.
