Government payments: the June statement on service fees

Crawford Capital’s published statement distinguishes its platform-service arrangement from an e-visa convenience fee.

In its 22 June statement, Crawford Capital described a 2% platform-service fee under its non-oil revenue agreement. It separately described a US$15 e-visa convenience fee, divided 75% to Crawford and 25% to the relevant ministry.

The statement presents Crawford’s account of those arrangements. The percentages concern different fee bases and should not be combined into one general customer tariff.

For a current payment, use the charge displayed on the applicable invoice or service instruction. For the underlying arrangements, read the dated statement alongside the relevant agreement.
